In Africa two million years ago, while early man was evolving from primates, another tribe of man rose up from an ursine lineage right here in Colorado. Though now dispersed across the world, once a year they feel the call to return home... The Front Range Bears and the Octobearfest Committee encourages you to follow your primordial urges and journey to beautiful Colorado for Ursus Erectus: Rise of the Bears!
Octobearfest XXI will feature the "small bear event" hospitality that many have come to love and expect from us. Our warm and friendly volunteers will be here to see that your every need is being tended. We also proudly offer a low run package deal which includes four full meals, alcohol/beverages at three parties, transportation to all events, transportation to and from the DIA airport and admission to the Wrangler's Famous Sunday Beer Bust. One of the meals will be a picnic in the gorgeous Colorado foothills. As addons, we have four additional day trips featuring some of the best of what Colorado has to offer: Pike's Peak/Garden of the Gods, the Denver Art Musuem, the Botanical Gardens and a unique scenic guided bus tour of Denver. So put on your best furs, grab your club, mount a wooly mammoth and head to Denver for fun, frolic and friendship!
